weight and they put the pills in this pill bottle and i was told to take what does it say here take one capsule three times a day for seven days so i think i'm on day three or something like that so prescription that's when the doctor tells the pharmacy or drugstore they are allowed to give you drugs and then i took them home and i i've been taking them i've been taking them as prescribed to help with my sore throat so that's where i'm at let me see what else can i teach you i didn't take any days off work i haven't called in sick even though i'm not supposed to talk a lot i can still teach my classes without talking too loudly or without talking for too long of a period of time but i did have to not not do a live stream last friday and i don't know if i'm going to be doing one this friday as well it seems that if i raise my voice that's when you talk louder than normal or if i talk for a long period of time that's when it gets a little bit sore so are things getting better that's the english term for like if you're sick and you want to be normal again you say are you getting better i think i'm getting a little bit better i do have less energy than normal which is probably because i'm fighting off an infection when you have an infection you fight off the infection or you take some antibiotics to help you fight off the infection so i think i'm feeling a little bit better i'm just trying to think through you

an English lesson did I use all the words that I need to use so that this is an effective it's a little update for you but also a little bit of a lesson so I booked a doctor's appointment I went to my doctor's appointment the doctor prescribed some drugs or some medication we would use both words I would just say some antibiotics or pills I went to the drugstore or pharmacy and had the prescription filled that means they gave it to me and I've been taking them as prescribed so basically following the instructions taking three a day about every eight hours apart that makes sense no it's got to be closer than that how long are you awake for yeah that's about right I take one in the morning when I get home from work and before I go to bed and then don't talk very much and take throat lozenges I think these work a little bit although I don't know they're a little bit I wish I had gotten a different flavor these are honey and lemon I usually like honey and lemon what else have I been doing what else can you do for a sore throat I probably should be drinking tea with honey I haven't been doing that but I will start many of you will probably recommend that in the comments below so anyways I'm still here I know I haven't been making a lot of videos at all or doing live streams but hey that's the way life goes sometimes I'll get back to things when I can Jen's been busy though you see all the baby plants out here it's pretty cool there's like tray light racks over there with trays and tray
